Speakers may have up to three minutes to address the Regents, and speakers will not have access to the multimedia system for presentations.
Each month, public comments begin as soon as the regular business meeting has ended. Please check the meeting agenda on the Monday before the meeting for the finalized time and location.
An online form will be made available on this page, during the timeframe listed below, for individuals to submit requests to address the Board of Regents at an upcoming meeting. You will receive an email from the Office of the Vice President and Secretary of the University stating whether or not you are a confirmed speaker. The auto-reply message you receive upon submitting the form is not a confirmation that you are on the roster of speakers for the next Regents’ Meeting.
Requests for the February 20, 2020 board meeting on the UM-Ann Arbor campus will be accepted from February 11, 2020 (9 AM)-February 19, 2020 (9 AM).
