Members of the University of Michigan community and the general public are welcome to submit video or written public comments to the Board of Regents that will be reviewed prior to the next meeting. An online form will be made available on this page during the time frame listed below.
Submissions for the October 17, 2024 board meeting will be accepted from October 10, 2024 (9 AM)-October 14, 2024 (5 PM).
Guidelines for Using the Video and Written Public Comment Portal
Members of the University of Michigan community and the general public are welcome to submit a two minute video or written public comments to the Board of Regents that will be reviewed prior to the next board meeting. Submissions will be accepted from 9AM on the Thursday before the upcoming board meeting to 5PM on the Monday the week of the board meeting. Only the first video or written submission per each person per meeting will be reviewed.
Submissions must include the submitter’s full name, complete contact information, the subject matter of the submission, the individual’s relationship, if any, to the University, and the organization they are representing, if any.
Video and written submissions will not be reviewed until after the submission period ends.
Users will not use this form to report emergency situations or a crime in progress. These situations should be reported immediately to the U-M Department of Public Safety and Security. Below is a list of important contacts:
