The Office of the Vice President and Secretary (VPS) maintains and disseminates official records of all board actions; compiles regents’ meeting agendas and organizes regents’ meetings, serves as a liaison between the Board of Regents and the university community, and responds to inquiries from the public. The office also coordinates the participation of regents in university events and functions.
The VPS staff includes Jeff Evans, assistant vice president and secretary of the university, Kat Hart, senior administrator for ceremonies & events; Beth Humpert, temporary executive assistant; Erin Katz, associate secretary of the university; Chloe Outland, project manager; and Patrick Ryan, assistant secretary of the university.
